"The Rock opera, "John the Baptist", is the product of the Indiana Stae Prison, Michigan City, Indiana, along with outside guest artists. The music was composed and arranged by Ernest Howard, the story and lyrics were created by the collaboration of Chaplain Joseph Viater and Ernest Howard. ... "John the Baptist was inspired by the success of previous musical performances by THE SUPER-STARS BAND in the prison." An interesting and uncommon find. Music runs the gamot, from free jazz, afro-jazz, soul, funk and straight jazz.
Cover Condition VG+ Mostly in shrink. A little corner and edge wear where shrink is torn. Really beautiful, photos do not do it justice due to glossy shrink.
Vinyl Condition NM Amazing, possibly only played once.
