Description
RARE,TWO VIRGINS LP BY JOHN LENNON AND YOKO ONO on Apple Records in association with Tetragrammaton Records. T-5001 Record in EXCELLENT condition, May 1968 Made in Merrie England. Only a few very very slight marks under a strong light, so if not excellent VERY VERY VERY good condition. The record has a beautiful deep gloss.
It comes with the original outer sleeve which has a few minor creases, no rips or tears and only minor discoloration.
It also comes with a lot of HISTORY (see photo's) of cut outs from the original press The Dallas Evening NEWS dated December 9, 1980 which have been sellotaped to the original inner sleeve and paper bag cover."John Lennon, the most complex of the four Beatles, vented his anger in his music. Only Lennon, who died Monday night after being gunned down outside his Manhattan apartment, could scream a lyric such as " "give peace a chance".
So it has history and also in great shape. THIS IS A MUST HAVE ITEM FOR ANY LENNON FAN.
