Description
Artist; John Lennon
Title; Imagine (quadraphonic edition)
Label; Apple Records
Catalogue Number; PAS 10004
Matrixes; YEX 865-1U RMT PORKY / YEX 866-1U RLL PECKO
Year; 1971
Vinyl; Very Good. It has some minor surface marks but no deep scratches. Superficial hairlines and some paper scuffs that result from removing the record from the sleeve. There is some crackle evident in between tracks in the quiet parts, especially evident on "oh my love" and some possible distortion on "oh yoko" although I was not playing the LP with a quadraphonic set up so it might just be as a result of playing a quadraphonic record with a stereo stylus and not getting the best out of it.
Labels; Very Good. A few spindle marks.
Cover; Very Good. All the edges remain nice and straight, with no shelf wear to the top and bottom edges and the spine. The writing on the spine is still nice and clear. There is some minor wear to the opening edges, some creasing and a little ring wear to the laminated front cover.
Inner Sleeve; Very Good - Printed inner sleeve has a tear at the opening edge on the lyrics side. Poster and postcard both included and unused.
Please see photos for more detail.
All records come from my own personal collection and have been stored vertically on a shelf in a smoke free environment, away from extremes in temperature and humidity.
Items will be sent via Royal Mail in a 12" x 12" mailer with added protection, records removed from sleeve and securely packaged.
