Description

Here’s an ABC Records acetate containing an unreleased alternate version of the Barefoot Ballet LP, including one track that never seems to have been released. One of the tracks, “Day Drifter” (3:28) was replaced on the final version by the five-minute “Whisper to the Wind.” I’ve looked around for any sign of this track appearing elsewhere and the only thing I can find is a copyright notice. Also, the version of Forest Child on this disc is nearly a minute shorter than the one that was released. Excellent to near-mint condition. There are some production notes handwritten on the back of the cover.
