(UK HIS MASTER'S VOICE, CSD 3575, 1966)
RARE FIRST UK STEREO PRESSING of one of Trane's last great masterpieces!! Most 50s and 60s UK pressed jazz albums are very rare - there were far less made and sold and the quality is far superior to US pressings in most cases! This is on HMV which was distributed by EMI who were the best in the UK around this time. YOU JUST NEVER SEE THESE - ESPECIALLY IN STEREO!! This is the first UK stereo I have had in my possession, when these do turn up (which is not often) they are usually in mono! This is hands down one of the best pressings of this album you can get, it is just flawless! Great stuff! Don't miss out!
Vinyl is in EX+ condition : no visible marks, looks and sounds great, lovely clear loud pressing!!
Laminated flipback sleeve is in EX condition : very very light disc imprint on front, a few light creases at the spine, back is very clean with minimal wear - still almost white, great shape overall!!
