Description
Released in 1960, along with Sonny Rollins, John Coltrane has become the most influential and controversial tenor saxophonist in modern Jazz.
Coltrane was once described his playing as “ exuberant, furious, impassioned and thundering.” But also an extraordinary amount of sensitivity.
The record is pressed on Atlantic and is in very nice over all condition. It is clean and shiny on the vinyl with minimal wear. It has its original inner sleeve.
I had several records that I stored at home for about 3 years and then decided to get them out to those who still have record players. This record played well the last I played it. (Update: just got my player running and the record plays beautifully)The cover in both front and rear are clean with slight wear. The bottom edge has two openings (2 1/2” & a 2”)that could easily be closed up. Inner sleeve has openings on each side to be repaired. Either way, the record is still contained.

Always let me know if there are any issues. I am honest and have held my feedback at 100 percent since 1998.
