Description
This is Impulse! Records AS-32, John Coltrane Ballads, an orange and black label stereo issue of this classic record with Bell Sounds stamped in the dead wax. The record is VG+ condition showing light marks on both sides and playing well but with occasional light background crackle, well below the music. There are no skips or distortion of the music. The laminated gate-fold cover has some light lamination loss on the open edge back but is otherwise excellent and intact. The labels are excellent. The record was played on a Linn Sondek LP12 and cleaned on a VPI 17. This is still a collector's grade copy of this great recording.
