All records are from my personal collection, mostly from the sixties
John Coltrane - BLUE TRAIN
Blue Note BLP 1577 - 1st original MONO US 1957
The issue having the following attributes:
- blue/white deep groove label with "Blue Note Records - 47 West 63rd . NYC"
- RVG stamped in the dead wax
- P ("ear") for Plastylite stamped in the runout
- 9M etched in the runout
- front laminated jacket
- 47 West 63rd St., New York 23 address on back cover, no Inc.
VINYL visual - many scratches and other signs, mainly superficial GOOD
Sound quality - average crackles all the time, but any strong crackles and jumps; the music is extra dynamic and without distortion, the vinyl plays much better than looks, so VERY GOOD
LABELS - B side is some discolored as at the picture VERY GOOD +
COVER - in fantastic condition EXCELLENT +
