Joe Henderson ' Mode for Joe ' BLUE NOTE BLP 4227 (USA) mono blue-white N.Y. label and 43W 61st address on bottom of back cover - rec. and issued in 1966 - on trail-off (dead wax) has printed 'Van Gelder'

Side 1 : A shade of Jade (Henderson) - Mode for Joe (C.Walton) - Black (C.Walton)

Side 2 : Caribbean fire dance (Henderson) - Granted (Henderson) - Free Wheelin' (Lee Morgan)

Visual grading : record is VG+ still with much lustre has few small light surface marks and a couple of more evident not feelable light scratches. Clean labels with a light spindle wear. Side 2 label is slightly faded

Playing grading : record is EX plays well with clear and powerful sound. Has a light occasional background noise in few quieter parts only and a couple of occasional light ticks

Cover grading : cover is Good- has evident wear to corners, edges and to spine which has a piece of paper missing on top and on bottm. Top and bottom edges have been totally repaired with a black tape. On back is also visible on these edges a clear tape 

(see pic). Has a ringwear on front and rubbing on back cover.
