Description
This is a vinyl LP record by Jimmy Smith titled "Midnight Special." It was released in 1961 under the label Blue Note Records. The album features jazz musicians like Stanley Turrentine, Kenny Burrell, and Donald Bailey. The record is a first pressing Micro Groove on Blue Note and has the DG etched into side A and B.
The vinyl has been graded as Very Good Plus (VG+) while the sleeve has also been graded as Very Good Plus (VG+). Absolutely beautiful copy of this classic. In backside of the jacket there is a stamp that is faded and some old price stickers that can be seen in the photos. Still really tough to find these older Blue Note albums in this condition. The record is a 33 RPM and has a size of 12". This is a must-have for jazz enthusiasts who appreciate the music of the 1960s.
