The second and last promo copy of this Northern Soul monster taken from a box of records at BBC Radio Leicester back in the 80s marked, 'Unplayed', although the box mainly contained demos from the 60s - confusing to say the least.
However, at 59 years old, this rare piece of Northern Soul vinyl did not see any needle-time and is in the kind condition any serious collector could only dream of - see images. Almost all of the unplayed demos were housed in plain white hard covers, but out of respect for this very rare demo pressing, I chose to house it in a new reproduction Stateside sleeve.
Make absolutely no mistake, you would more than struggle to find another demo pressing of this Northern Soul classic in the same condition as this copy is in.
