Jimmy Forrest Sit Down And Relax Prestige 7235 mono Bergenfield label deep groove with RVG

Bergenfield label with deep groove and "RVG" in runouts both sides. "203 So. Washington Ave., Bergenfield, N.J." address on back cover.
The record looks VG++ and plays VG++. No scratches. Some light scuffs on each side which do not affect play. Grooves are glossy and do not look worn.
The cover is VG++.
The front cover is shiny with light wear and ring wear. The back cover has light wear, stamp and small writing at top of spine. Top seam split and untaped 1/2 inch at the pocket. Bottom seam and spine are not split. Spine intact and readable. Tiny wear spots at the corners of spine and a dent at bottom of pocket.
