Description

Lot of 12 albums by Jimmy Buffett from 1970’s and 1980’s. All pressings come from the original year of release except as noted below. In general, these records are in very good condition with strong surface sheen, some scuffs and sleeve rash but no feelable scratches. Covers are nicely intact with some (but not excessive) wear. Some inner sleeves have splits.

The records and covers are graded below. The record grade comes first and is a visual grade. Additionally, all LPs have been play tested on a Denon DP-23F turntable with Shure M95ED/D cartridge. I've added comments on sound quality based on this play testing. Keep in mind differences in your playback equipment may produce different results. I've also noted any particular defects in the album covers in those comments.

If you’re a Jimmy Buffett fan, you’ll have many hours of enjoyment listening to and looking at these nicely preserved LPs.

Shipping will be US Media Mail. LPs will be carefully packaged to avoid damage in shipment.

NOTE: I have two additional albums that I will include in the shipment, if you are interested. These have significant issues and therefore I am not comfortable asking for payment on them.

       1. Son of a Son of a Sailor (1978): This LP seems to have groove damage of some kind that causes a persistent "whooshing" sound during playback. The needle also wiggles badly during the first tracks of each side. It doesn't skip on my turntable, but it may on yours.

       2. One Particular Harbour (1983): This LP is so badly off-center that the needle skips multiple times during the first track of each side. Remaining tracks play through.

If you are the winning bidder, let me know if you are interested in having these additional 2 albums.

Feel free to ask any questions, I'll do my best to answer.

Sale is final. No returns will be accepted and no refund offered. Thanks for your interest!
