These records come from my personal collection. As a collector they have all been well cared for over the years since I bought them.

Time to downsize to make way for other music, I will be listing a number of my treasured compact discs and records ranging from psych/prog to soul to folk to blues and everything in between, over the coming months.

Both albums track through both sides great. The vinyl is in excellent condition the slightest of hairline scratches. Sensational audio quality and great shine. The gatefold cover is in very good condition with slight ringwear, shelf rub and a small pin hole in the centre (Supersize photos)

Original English Red Polydor Label 1973 Stereo Pressing 2683 031. Has A1/B1 stampers on both vinyl.

Where do you start with the greatest debut album made (With regards to The Doors and Rage Against The Machine). Hendrix the supernatural freak of the guitar, with total control of his knobs that will never be surpassed!! Where do you start? The frenetic "Manic Depression" and "I Don't Live Today" sounds like a comet entering the atmosphere. "Third Stone From The Sun" with it's looped vocals and of course "Red House", blues like you have never heard before.

AXIS, BOLD AS LOVE

There is no arguing that after four decades this is a masterpiece combining scintillating songs, the amazing studio production of Hendrix and his cohorts and of course the lyrical beauty of his guitar playing. The spiraling melodies of "Spanish Castle Magic", the stop start command of "If Six Was Nine" and the simplicity of "She's So Fine" sung by Noel Redding. "Little Wing" is a perfect blend of lead and rhythm guitar that is a pure thing of beauty.
