Description

Selected titles from the private collection of a music business veteran are now being made available for the first time. Titles offered by this Seller are one-owner and came directly from the pressing plant, record company warehouse, other label reps or record store unless otherwise noted. 

Grading is based on visual inspection.

Album ships in a 2 MIL poly cover sleeve.

I package records outside the cover to avoid seam splits.

  • This copy would be Mint/Mint were it not for two spindle marks. The 4 playing surfaces on the two record set are clean.
  • The paper on board gatefold cover has tight seams and a stiff spine.
  • The original white paper die-cut inner sleeves are included. I have also included soft plastic inner sleeves.
  • The Seller acquired this, like most of his bootlegs, in his record store in 1970 from a "traveling salesman" who was making his way from the West Coast heading East one record store at a time. These guys typically were California hippie types who were selling bootlegs, paraphernalia and consumables. They never got caught based on the moving target theory. The Seller's store, like most record stores, sold bootlegs under the counter to avoid issues with the record labels.
  • This was his personal copy that he apparently played only once on two sides. It has been in storage for 45 years.
