On 12" vinyl, with a gatefold sleeve. 
Released in 1968 by Track Record. Catalogue number 613008/613009.

Set number marked as- No. 2657-001
They come with two paper inner sleeves. The gatefold includes a portrait of Hendrix, and sepia tone portraits of Redding & Mitchell. The text inside the gatefold is white.

The records are untested, so sound quality is unknown. They do look in very good condition with light playing. There are some light surface scratches, but they shouldn't affect the sound in terms of jumping. Side A appears to have most from more frequent playing. They all have finger marks and specks of dust which can be carefully cleaned. The centre labels also have some surface scratch marks, particularly around the centre holes. 
The inner sleeves have some discolouration at the corners and edges, some crease/fold lines, and in one the plastic inner sleeve is a bit loose. 
The gatefold sleeve is also in very good condition for its age. There are no tears to the sleeve. There are some fine surface scratch marks, and a couple of small crease lines. The edges have some wear which has removed the colour in very small places, and at the corners. At the opening edge the laminate finish is missing, measuring 4mm- this is visible on the front and back. 
The sleeve comes with a protective plastic outer sleeve.
