Description
Band of Gypsys 2 was an ill fated attempt to provide a companion album to the 1970 album of tracks from the Fillmore on New Years Eve 1969. Side one does indeed include three more Fillmore tracks but side two went off piste by including three tracks from Berkeley and Atlanta that weren’t even by the Gypsys but were from the Cry of Love Band. That aside, it’s still classic Hendrix.
This is an Australian pressing, not only that it’s a promo copy with a promo sticker on the rear cover and a promo label for birth side A and side B.
A word on postage: I always try and get the cheapest postage and if it works out cheaper on the day I’ll refund the difference.
