Description
Sealed 1997 reissue LP of Axis: Bold As Love by the Jimi Hendrix Experience. Numbered 4735 of a limited edition of 5000.
The cellophane wrapper has two small breaks, one on the back and one at the top of the cover, but the package has never been opened and the disc has never come out of the cover. Apart from minor corner bumps and wear (see photos) the cover is in excellent condition.
This is from the first batch of LP releases by Experience Hendrix, after the Hendrix family gained control of Jimi's music. They initially released only these numbered limited editions. If I recall correctly the disc is 180g vinyl but it doesn't specify that on the cover.
Please note the purchase receipt is not included in the sale, I added a picture of it for information only. Yes, I've been storing this LP for 20 years. I hope the buyer will actually play the thing. This music should be set free!
The international postage options accepted by eBay are pretty expensive. If you know a cheaper delivery service I'm happy to use it, at your risk.
