Description

For sale I have an original 1967 MONO pressing of the Jimi Hendrix Album Axis Bold As Love. This is on the Track label , 612003. 
I am a collector not a trader/seller so my grading is based on interpretation of Record Collector gradings.
The vinyl I estimate as Excellent. There are some surface marks but no scratches or skips or jumps. There is crackle on the lead in and some minor background crackle in some of the quieter moments, but the vinyl does play with good sound sound that is a feature of Mono recordings. there is nod fade to the sound and it plays really well. I have played it to test for the first time in about 20 years today, so it has not been overused.
The cover is a laminated Ernest J Day Ltd sleeve. The laminate is nice and shiny with a small amount of laminate loss when examined closely. There a couple of nicks on the spine, and on the back cover there is evidence of slight ring wear but only when held at an angle. There is no insert with this issue.
So overall it meets the Excellent rating I have given, but if being picky could be considered VG+, certainly no lower. The most important part is the sound of the record which is really bright .
