Jethro Tull - thick as a brick LP from 1972.

Original UK 1972 first press on the green Chrysalis label with white “I” Island logo.

Later presses do not have the Island imprint on the labels.

The 12-page newspaper sleeve has the Chrysalis imprint on page 12 for first presses (see pic).

Original inner sleeve.

The catalogue number is CHR1003 with first press A-3U PORKY / B-2U PECKO matrix numbers.

The disc is VG, nice looking clean disc, light superficial surface marks under a strong light. Plays all the way through with no skips, has occasional crackle. Labels are very clean.

The cover is VG, newspaper intact, no writing. Water ingress on back cover top right, best look at last pic before bidding, this caused print to corrode and be faint in patches. Apart from that just general agewear and a browning tint to centre pages of newspaper from age.
