DESCRIPTION: Jethro Tull- Thick As A Brick LP. Fairly early UK pressing with Newspaper sleeve with label rim text and machine stamped matrix ending A4/B2U. Postage cost includes tracking and a box/cruciform mailer. Packed this weighs over 500gm so overseas postage is as for a double. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Chrysalis CHR1003. YEAR OF RELEASE: 1975. COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK: CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG/VG+. Vinyl is very clean with a nice sheen and a couple of light hairlines only. Played majority of this tonight on my budget deck. Sits perfectly flat on the turntable. Generally plays EX. Music is clean, loud and clear. Ive graded only VG as it has 2 ticks and a brief hiss in intro to track one ,side one. . Newspaper sleeve is in much better condition than is usually seen. It is firm and square, retains great shape and has light edge wear, light corner wear and light creasing. It has a few light foxing spots. Really clean labels- please check out the photos. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
