Description

Let me get this out of the way, everything is in brand new condition. Both records are unplayed and aren’t 180g as it says on the hype sticker but weigh in at 200 grams. When I was taking the photos I could tell these were very heavy pressings and ended up weighing them to satisfy my curiosity, 200 & 199 grams respectively. Anyway...

I’m offering this beautifully put together box set (the box is actually a very heavy and well constructed slipcase) of the Jethro Tull Classic - Thick As A Brick - (Steve Wilson ReMastered) and Ian Anderson’s sequel - Thick As A Brick 2. As mentioned these are heavy pressings in perfect condition. Additionally a high quality, 80 page Hardcover Book rounds out this UK manufactured set.

If you’ve held off and not immersed yourself into the sequel to the Tull Classic TAAB, I would suggest picking up this set even if you don’t end up buying mine. Ian Anderson was so pleased with this release (TAAB2) that he continued the feel of it with the release of Homo Erraticus not long after (also highly recommended if you get and enjoy Tull).

Selling a big part of my personal collection accrued over 5 decades. Will be listing a few auctions/items weekly. Some very rare BEATLES items among MANY OTHER artists. Please check in from time to time and see what Rarities and Odd pressings I’ve listed from this extensive collection.
