Up for auction are 2 different Jethro Tull bootlegs. The first of the two is "Live in Berlin, 1971." It was actually recorded in Berlin in January of 1972. Awesome stage banter from Ian. One song missing from the track list is an early version of "Tomorrow Was Today."
Condition: both of the LPs in the Live in Berlin 1971 set are in excellent condition (and sounds pretty good for bootlegs too) while the jacket is pretty rough. See pics for further details.
The second bootleg is a single LP called "Tull Tales," and though the picture of Ian is from the late 70s, I think the concert was recorded in 1969. The reason I think that is the case is because I have never hear a live recording of the "This Was" version of "Dharma For One," and I have never heard a live recording of "Nothing is Easy" where the band does not stop playing while he sings the opening lines. It sounds better this way (to me) for sure. One odd thing is that the same version of "My Sunday Feeling" is on side one twice. Someone goofed. "Martin's Tune" is an awesome version of the very Jazzy number and is not filled with a lot of (frankly pretty bad) guitar playing.
