Jeremy Enigk OK BEAR + GHOSTS 2 Vinyl LPs Records—Sunny Day Real Estate—NEW—Sun
Both of these are brand new and never played. They came cosmetically damaged. Ghosts, which is his new record and absolutely awesome, has a jacket seam split on one side of the cover and on the inside around the inner sleeve. I have copies of my own sent to me personally from Jeremy, that's how I know how awesome Ghosts is. I have purchased over 150 new releases this year on vinyl, and Ghosts of easily my first or second pick for Albums of the Year in 2017.?
OK Bear is new copy that was reissued with a new, better cover. It has some corner damage although it is not bad. Actually, the creases can be pressed out if you know how and also fixed by pressing certain objects in strategic places in the crease. You can get some pointers on Google.?
Again, nothing is wrong with the functionality of either record; they only have minor cosmetic damage. I have included pictures of both records' damage in the images—one showing the outer seam split of Ghosts and the other showing the corner damage in OK Bear.?
In all, $99 is an excellent price for these records. Most of Enigk's releases start at $90 both here and on Discogs. Currently as of 12/31/17, this is the only listing on ebay or Discogs for either Ghosts or the new cover version of OK Bear. Look for yourself. I was allowing buyers to submit best offers for this sell, but a large amount of unacceptable offers (and some good ones) convinced me to keep the price where it is, especially given the rarity of the listing and the dollar amount of other releases by the former frontman of Sunny Day Real Estate.?
Packaging vinyl the correct way is my forte, and I am often credited with such in the comments of my feedback. I cannot stand seam splits and bent corners due to shipping. And although these already have remnants of both, they will be shipped safely and securely to you. I will ship the vinyl outside of each jacket and include poly sleeves for both records. I will also ship the records in generic inner sleeves to prevent any further seam splits in the original graphic inner sleeves.?
