Notes

Black label with white logo print and silver track listing with the RCA Victor wording on top of the label. Credit revised with track A3 credit corrected to "Skip Spence" (An initial printing has "Skip Spencer", but the error was quickly corrected and copies of both versions would have been in the stores at the LP's initial release date.) Track titles and credits are printed on single lines.

This version was pressed with mixed plates from RCA Indianapolis and RCA Rockaway.
Side A runout has a stamped "R" opposite the etched matrix number, which indicates RCA Rockaway mastering.
The runout on side B, however, has a capital serif "I" stamped opposite the matrix number, which indicates RCA Indianapolis mastering. The pressing plant has not been identified conclusively.

Issued with RCA company inner sleeve offering a "Complete RCA Victor Catalog 25¢" with RCA's Rockaway address, and code RCA 21-112-1-43 H (for example). Last character could be a different letter.

Catalog number LPM-3766 on sleeve, LPM 3766 on labels.
