   For sale is Jeff Beck's Truth, originally released in 1968 by Epic Records and reissued in 1973 by Epic with an orange label. In the dead wax between the labels and the last tracks are the matrix numbers 1-AD/1-H, indicating that an early stamper was used on this second pressing. Still a hallmark of superior sound quality that I feel sounds better than the original release. I bought this used, professionally cleaned it on my VPI HW-17 and immediately put it into a MFSL archival inner sleeve. I always put my records directly into a protective inner sleeve, thus preserving the vinyl and any inner sleeve(s) or insert(s) that may have come originally with the release. There is no original inner sleeve with this listing. The cover is graded as VG+ because of slight ring wear and rubs at the edges and corners. The spine is Excellent with just a little color loss from these rubs. The vinyl is visually graded as VG+ because of slight surface scratches, and play graded as VG+ because of occasional surface noises during the quietest passages, but otherwise a very playable record. It's been played only on Audiophile equipment and still has a lot of life yet. This would make a great addition to anyone's collection.
