The latest release from the French electronic legend features collaborations with such artists as Air, Boys Noize, John Carpenter, Gesaffelstein, Little Boots, M83, Moby, Tangerine Dream, Pete Townshend, Cyndi Lauper, Gary Numan, Yello and Armin van Buuren. This limited edition Deluxe Box Set Edition is presented in an 30 x 30cm LP size rigid box, stamped with the Jean-Michel Jarre Electronica logo in hot foil gold. The box itself has an anti-scratch surface. Components inside are presented in a high quality foam tray and special paper printed with information about equipment used for the recording. 

Volume 1 

1. CD: The album Electronica 1: The Time Machine presented in a golden CD sleeve holding a gold sputtered disc. 

2. LP: two LPs, black, heavyweight 180g. Each vinyl is presented in a gold coloured inner sleeve with black print 

3. USB Stick: the box includes one 32GB USB Stick (6 x 2 x 1cm) in golden metal. The stick grants access to the full album in HD Sound, including a continuous mix of the full album, a wealth of remixes including a previously unreleased mix by Armin van Buuren for "Stardust", and the album EPK and as super bonus content, a world premier: four tracks of the album have been mastered in 3D sound for headphones. 3D Audio is a unique way to experience music and JMJ is the first artist to ever use this new technology. 

4. Art Prints: 3 high quality art prints on original Blütten paper 30 x 30cm approx. 

5. Posters: the Box-Set comes with 2 posters. One credit poster including all information about Electronica 1: The Time Machine as usually seen in a CD Booklet (60 x 60cm). One specially designed super-poster (90 x 120cm) designed around "Electronica 1: The Time Machine" in the look of a cinema poster. 

6. Certificate: the box comes with a Din A4 certificate, including Jean-Michel’s personal signature and issue-number of the limited Box-Set (1-1000). This certificate is only placed in Box-Set Vol. 1! 

Volume 2

1. CD: The album Electronica 2: The Heart of Noise presented in a golden CD sleeve holding a gold coloured sputtered disc. 

2. LP: two LPs, black, heavyweight 180g. Each vinyl is presented in a gold coloured inner sleeve with black print. 

3. USB Stick: the box includes one 32GB USB Stick (6 x 2 x 1cm) in golden metal. The stick grants access to the full album in HD Sound, including a continuous mix of the full album and a wealth of remixes. Also contains video releases of the making of the tracks, and music video for Jarre and Peaches "What You Want". 

4. Art Prints: 3 high quality art prints on original Blütten paper 30 x 30cm approx. 

5. Posters: the Box-Set comes with 2 posters. One credit poster including all information about Electronica 2: The Heart of Noise as usually seen in a CD Booklet (60 x 60cm). One specially designed super-poster (90 x 120cm) designed around "Electronica 2: The Heart of Noise" in the look of a cinema poster.

Please note that due to a printing error the art prints contained within Volume 1 were misprinted (incorrect colour, I believe). This error affected all 1000 limited edition Box-Sets. You will receive the replacement art prints as part of the auction (see photo no.3).

Volume 1 is unopened as are the replacement art prints.  Volume 2 has only had the lid raised for photographic purposes and has been safely resealed.

The contents of Volume 2 fits in the Volume 1 box once opened.
