This is a very rare jazzy soul on a private press.  Features the uptempo funky "I Thank You" (actually incorporates Sly's "Thank You Falettinme..") and a cover of "Day Dreaming" (Aretha).  Also some quality jazzy scat pieces.  Here is the track listing:
