Jeff Kruger's Jazz At The Flamingo Tubby Hayes Ronnie Scott UK '57 1st Tempo TAP 5 LP
Ft. Tony Crombie, Ronnie Scott, Tubby Hayes, Harry Klein, Terry Shannon and Lennie Bush Very Rare and Sought After UK 1957 1st pressing on the Tempo Label TAP 5
Visually under very bright light the vinyl has numerous light wispy scuff traces, light hairlines, and residue traces (Visually VG-/VG). The record has been cleaned on my Okki Nokki machine and plays bold, bright, clear and crisp with great rich tone (as is to be expected from a top-quality early Tempo Recording), a great record. There is some fairly regular background surface noise (particularly in the quietest passages, and slightly worse to side 2) and numerous static ticks here and there, occasional clicks here and there, one louder click to side 2 track 2. Which doesn’t detract too much from an enjoyable audio experience. The record is likely to improve with further cleaning. Overall an enjoyable audio experience, Overall Audio: VG/VG+


The Labels are clean, numerous light spindle traces VG+
The laminate sleeve has a few small nicks to the spine, some discolouration etc. - see photos. VG+
