Description
This is an original Big Jay McNeely LP; Big Jay in 3-D on the Federal label (395-530). It was found at an estate sale with a couple of other rare jazz albums. I hate to part with it because it is so rare. Cover: VG Great condiion for it's age. Very clean and solid with no writing, stains, or holes! I graded it VG because there is a 4" seam split at the top right hand corner, the bottom seam has very slight wear. There is also some wear on the spine, but you can still read it just fine. I guess it's just a little brittle. Record: VG The record is also nice for it's age and is bright and shiny. When I played it I could not believe my ears!!! There were no pops or cracks. It really plays fantastic with slight surface noise. I graded it VG because it is evident that it was played. There is light surface scratches on both sides, none that you can feel. There are also spindle marks on both sides. You really won't believe how shiney this record is and how great it plays. I,m putting a very low reserve on this very rare record.
