Description
Kiss Lick It Up (28S-181) released November 1, 1983 by Polystar. This album came with a special full size OBI paper cover, which was created for two reasons: to celebrate Kiss' tenth anniversary; and to keep curious fans from seeing the uncovered faces of band members until they bought a copy and tore the paper cover away. The announcement of a "makeup cover" on the Japanese pressing sent some small shock waves through the foreign collector's market as many fans believed this cover would be a new makeup and costume photo done especially for the album. Unfortunately, the cover was a Creatures concert photo of the band with inserts of each member on top. Enclosed with this record is the original six-part sticker and original plastic photo insert with concert photos on one side and a posed studio photo on the back. This album was the last in line of "__ From Hell" series, promoted as "Recollection Of Hell." Record, cover an inserts are in mint shape.
