Ultra rare Promo 12" that was only ever issued in Japan.

The Unique Green sleeve is in very good condition,the front has a small sticker in the top right hand corner but apart from age, it's in very good condition.

The reverse side of the sleeve has a photo of Cyndi Lauper and has some ring-wear but is in very good condition too. It also says 'Not For Sale-Promotion Only'

The spine says 'QY-3P-90077 Epic/Sony Stereo'.

The vinyl record is in very good condition too. I haven't played it since purchasing it a few years ago. It has Japanese writing above the title tracks.
