Description
Janos Starker plays Variations on a Rococo Theme (Tchaikovsky) and Cello Concerto in A Minor (Saint-Saens), with the London Symphony conducted by Antal Dorati, on Mercury SR90409. Original Stereo Living Presence issue, with RFR-1 etched in the dead wax both sides. Cover has an address sticker at top left, some light wear, a small cut out hole at lower right, light bumping and wear to the corners and seams. No writing or seam splits. LP is very clean, with a couple of light marks, including a one-inch fingernail scuff, that are completely superficial and don't affect play. Strong VG+ to M-, a very fine copy.
GRADING
M- A flawless or nearly flawless record that appears to have seen little or no play.
VG+ Full gloss, some light marks. A very, very attractive record that has seen limited play and has been well cared for.
VG More marks and scratches, will have some surface noise, but still a playable record. Scratches may be fairly numerous, but will be light.
VG- Lots of marks and scratches but no gouges or major problems.
G+ and G Heavy wear and marks, plays through okay.
