Foreign Bidders-If an item is not offered for overseas/foreign bidders, please don't email with questions, they will probably be ignored. With current shipping restrictions and costs, if it doesn't fit into a flat rate envelope worldwide for 12 dollars~Canada 7 dollars, or weighs over 2 lb., chances are I don't offer it for buyers outside of the U.S. . I have considered these factors during the auction creation process. Sorry, the USPS and rate increases have wiped out what used to be a great worldwide market for items of modest value.

Record Grading Scale:

• Mint=Flawless or Still Sealed LP,Most open pieces will never be in this condition
• Near Mint = like new or near new with only one or two small insignificant defects, a 9 or better on a 1-10 scale. The cover will be as new, with only the most minor signs of wear.
• VG++ = still a very nice record with all or nearly all of its original gloss but may have a very few light surface marks, or paper scuffs from the sleeve, nothing that should affect play quality.
• VG+ = A nice, but used record that may have a very few light scuffs or scratches. It probably plays well, and has no serious problems.
• VG = a good record with average use. This record that should still sound good when played, but may have moderate surface noise, pops, etc.
• VG- = a very well-worn record that should play through without skipping, and will do better until a better one comes along.

• SHIPPING COST is:$4.00 for Media Mail service to U.S. locations only. and is added to the winning bid. This price is for those in the lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii may be more. Foreign Countries always cost more and questions about overseas shipping will only be answered on items designated as available for International purchase. Items which are noted for Fed Ex shipping require a physical address and cannot be sent to PO boxes. Stated shipping costs are Not Negotiable!

• PAYMENT TERMS: Payment expected within 7 days of auction ending, and contact is expected WITHIN 3 DAYS from all auction winners, per Ebay's requirements. Unpaid Item Warnings Filed after 7 days if buyer hasn't paid or replied to End Of Auction Notices. Unpaid Item warning filed 10-14 after auction's end if contact has been received,but payment has not been made or arrived. 

•  ALL ITEMS SOLD IN AS-IS Condition Are Sold As Such~~ No Returns. Insurance for overseas packages not available unless sent via more expensive Air or Surface Parcel Post.

• ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT: PayPal Only. Due to Ebay rules I will only be able to accept Paypal or some other obscure online Payment services for payment, these are the rules passed down from Ebay. To pay via another method, the Buyer has to suggest such to the Seller and not vise versa.

My payment terms are per Ebay's current rules: Which allow me to offer PayPal Only. The only exceptions are if you the buyer ask me to accept a different method, which I can't mention. Kinda like a don't ask don't tell approach. I don't make these rules !  Since more than 90% of all payments are now made electronically, I allow 7 days for payment, after which if payment has not been made, I begin the process of getting my selling costs refunded.

Shipping is via the same service as the noted in, and with this ad.   Please note that Media Mail service can take up to ten days or more to transverse the country, and Fed Ex Ground service is used for anything over a four or five pounds in weight, and for large or irregular sized items.  Items slated for Fed Ex Ground service do require a physical address, and can't be delivered to a post office box.  Shipping upgrades are possible upon request from the buyer, otherwise the noted method is used as the default.
