Up for sale is an original 7" copy of Jake Wade & The Soul Searchers - Searching For Soul on Mutt records AR 872
This is a really nice copy of this rare 45 which sounds like it was hardly played. It lies very flat and has no jumps or scratches that I can hear other than the slight background noise that all these old soul records from this era seem to have. It's hard to say exactly what the grade is due to this being so subjective but I've graded it as VG although it could be slightly higher for some.
The A side has a great break to start the instrumental off and the B side is part 2 which is of the same quality and side A. This record was recently sampled by Edan on the track Rock & Roll Indian Dance which was on the Humble Pi Lp with Homeboy Sandman and I'm sure would be a great addition to anyones collection.
This comes with a cardboard sleeve which isn't original but sturdy for protection and will be well packed. This will be sent by special delivery both tracked and signed for delivery and please pay within 3 days and I will ship it out within 3 days of payment made and cleared.
