Jackson Browne - Where The Shadows Fall The Classic 1972 Broadcast (Limited Edition 2 x 140g Vinyl - only 1,000!) New & Sealed This live radio broadcast, from the RCA Studios in New York, took place just eight months after the album’s release. Jackson Browne is accompanied only by the supremely talented David Lindley, a founder member of the esoteric Los Angeles group Kaleidoscope, who uniquely fused Middle-Eastern and rock influences. Lindley is a hugely accomplished player of a plethora of stringed instruments, including banjo, all varieties of guitars, fiddle and mandolin.
Take It Easy is one of Browne’s most recognised songs, co-written with Glenn Frey, it was a big single for his Eagles, reaching number 12 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Other highlights include the poignant title track, plus Our Lady of the Well, The Times You’ve Come and the political Redneck Friend
In addition to his own songs, Browne opens with an exquisite take on the traditional Come All Ye Fair and Tender Ladies and performs two numbers drawn from John David Souther’s 1972 eponymous debut, Jesus in 3/4 Time and Out To Sea. Grading

I grade all my records using the Record Collector's Grading System which is as follows:

Mint - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

Excellent - The record shows signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits discoloration etc.

Fair - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise: it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/ or defaced.

Poor - The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

Packaging

Items are sent in new plastic sleeves and high quality, professional record packaging, with at least four stiffeners for protection.
