white label radio station promotional copy.
One of the most desirable of Jackie’s later releases, this song was included on the “Beautiful Day” album.
This copy is spectacular - it grades in M- (mint minus) condition on both sides with plenty of shine to the vinyl. The labels are unmarked with no ring wear, ink, stickers, tears or fading.
This is truly the nicest copy I have come across in 40 years.
The sleeve is a generic Brunswick sleeve from the early 1970s. It will also be shipped in a heavy duty hard stock paper sleeve and clear vinyl sleeve.
Provenance: This copy was distributed by Brunswick’s distributor to Boston area disc jockey Ken Rapoza who worked for several stations including WEEI. After Ken’s death in a 1987 accident, this copy was inherited by a fellow Massachusetts collector who simply filed it away. It remained in his archives until his death in 2024.
