Yellow label with black text, deep groove. The label is printed "Sample Copy", "Not For Sale". Paris sings on 12 tracks accompanied by the Orchestras of Neal Hefti or Norman Layden. On 8 tracks Paris is accompaned by Charlie Shavers, trumpet; Billy Taylor, piano; Kalil Madi, drums; Earl May, bass. On 2 tracks the accompaniment is Hymie Schertzer, alto sax; Al Klink, tenor sax; Taylor, piano; Trigger Alpert, bass; Carmen Mastern, guitar; Bunny Shawker, drums. 2 tracks inlcude inidentified strings with Taylor, piano; Sandy Block, bass; George Barnes, guitar; Ed Grady, drums; Harry Breuer, vibes.
Cover: VG++ Intact and clean. Several creases on 1 corner. Minor aging.
Record: Mint(-) Visually shows no wear. Possibly played only 1 or 2 times. Very clean surface with a small mark on Track 4, Side 1. This small mark results in several light clicks for a limited number of revolutions. Most of this tracks has no noise. No other surface noiser. Fine overall condition with only the small flaw described. Audibly checked.
