--- Front : a small/slight crease at bottom right ; small delamination along the opening slice
--- Back : 2 handwritings at top ; a label mark at top right ; slight soiling at middle right ; normal slight age toning.
--- Slices : left slice a small mark at top ; opening slice see Front comment.
--- Corners : top left corner small wear sign visible from back ; bottom right corner small wear sign visible from back & small split.

The sound quality is great and impressive !
NO skips ; NO clicks ; NO distortion ; NO background noise.
--- A very small repetitive tic during 5 or 6 seconds at the end of Track 1 (Side 1).
--- Some very slight surface noise on quiet moment during the first seconds of Track 1 (Side 1) and the first seconds of Track 1 (Side 2).
--- Some very slight surface noise and few TINY tics during the piano solo of Track 2 (Side 2).
Otherwise NM or very close.
