Cover Grade: VG++. No splits or tears, very slight front cover ringwear, small penciled letters on the back.

LP Grade: Side 1 NM, Side 2 EX/NM. Clean and glossy!

Label / Cat#: Liberty LRP-3546. This is a rare Audition MONO LP (Not For Sale). Looks like the record company used the stereo covers and added the Mono label to it. NM (black and rainbow spectrum label/ clean, and no spindle marks)

My Vinyl Grades for records are

SEALED - unplayed, unopened.
NM - A good description of NM is it simply looks like it was just store bought, opened and played. Looks nearly perfect (no major flaws on the vinyl or cover including factory defects, only faint if any) I may list them as NM-.
VG+ - VG+ has faint signs of wear. May or may not have light scratches or scuffs, faint surface noise, even minor warping as long as playability is not effected. Cover can have only some very minor seam or ring wear or split (No More than one inch long) and light corner wear, basically better than average and well cared for. VG++ even better.
VG - A record in VG (average or common) condition, is a collectible and proud to own, that still looks good and plays well. They may have these flaws, a little more surface noise, a few more light scratches (No Skips) and light label fading. The cover has signs of being handled a bit, with more ring wear, a couple of small splits, also some writings, stamps or price tags, but not all three at the same time (don't damage cover removing tags!) We are talking normal wear here. Visible scuffs, scratches, may have pops and background noise. A well used record.
Good, Poor, and Fair. The G graded records are your everyday played records enjoyed by music lovers. These are still collected and are used as filler records until sharper ones come along. The vinyl plays from beginning to end without skipping and the covers are still intact, well handled and well loved. Don't discard these, enjoy them (I do!) as you may not be able to replace them. With that said, I do not sell anything below Good.
