Description

78 rpm 4-record set, "THE WIZARD OF OZ" on DECCA RECORDS Album 74. The tracks include: OVER THE RAINBOW, THE JITTERBUG, MUNCHKINLAND PARTS I & II, IF I ONLY HAD A BRAIN(2 versions), THE MERRY OLD LAND OF OZ, and WE'RE OFF TO SEE THE WIZARD. The records appear to be in excellent condition with no cracks or scratches. There are a couple of marks that are so light that I could not even get them to show up on a close-up. The picture of MUNCHKINLAND PART l is a sample of how all the records look.The JITTERBUG has a small chip on the edge (see close-up). The labels, sleeves, and brochure are crisp and clean with only very minor discoloring from age. The hardback cover is in very good condition with minor wear to the edges and outer corners, and there is some writing on the front that is hard to see and make out. This is a very nice, complete record set that is pretty hard to come by in this kind of overall condition.
