J.S. BACH CLAVIER UBUNG 7 RECORD SET COMPLETE NEAR MINT HAYDN SOCIETY

On auction is a SEVEN RECORD SERIES of J.S. BACH CLAVIER UBUNG released in 1952 by THE HAYDN SOCIETY.  This series is a COMPLETE SET...no missing volumes.  Titles, condition and other specs are as follows:

RECORD ONE = PARTITA No. 1 IN B-FLAT MAJOR & PARTITA No. 5 IN G MAJOR / HAYDN SOCIETY HSL-3056 / Ralph Kirkpatrick, Harpsichord.  Condition of Cover is Near Excellent...no writting, no promo holes, no ring wear, solid spine, no writting and firm corners...it does have two seam splits at opening of sleeve...one on top and another on bottom seam.  Both are about an inch to two inches long and are not noticable until one pulls record out of sleeve.  Condition of Vinyl is Excellent with plenty of gloss and shine...few paper scuff marks...play graded Excellent with clear bold sounds and slight background.  Labels are clean of writting and have little spindle wear.

RECORD TWO = PARTITA No. 2 IN C MINOR & PARTITA No. 4 IN D MAJOR / HAYDN SOCIETY HSL-3057 / Ralph Kirkpatrick, Harpsichord.  Condition of Cover is Excellent with no promo holes, no ring wear, no writting  and firm corners.  It does have one seam split lower opening seam about half an inch...and a paper loss...a small triangle on same front corner.  Condition of Vinyl is Excellent with nice gloss and shine...few paper scuffs...play graded Excellent with clear sounds and slight background.  Labels are clean of writting and have little spindle wear.

RECORD THREE = PARTITA No. 3 IN A MINOR & PARTITA No. 6 IN E MINOR / HAYDN SOCIETY HSL-3058 / Ralph Kirkpatrick, Harpsichird.  Condition of Cover is Excellent with no ring wear, no writting, no promo holes, firm corners and solid spine.  It does have a quarter inch seam split at top opening that is very small.  Condition of Vinyl is Excellent with plenty gloss and shine...few paper scuff marks.  Play graded Excellent with clear sounds and very little background interference.  Labels are clean of writting and have little spindle wear.

RECORD FOUR = OVERTURE IN THE FRENCH MANNER; FOUR DUETS; CONCERTO IN THE ITALIAN STYLE / HAYDN SOCIETY HSL-3059.  Condition of Cover is Excellent with no ring wear, no writting, no promo holes, firm corners and solid spine.  There is a seam split at bottom opening that is an inch and a half long...not very noticable until one takes out record from sleeve.  Vinyl is Near Mint and doesn't look played by anyone...plenty of gloss and shine...I didn't even play this because it looks un-touched.  Labels are Mint.

RECORD FIVE = PART 3 - CHORALE PRELUDES ; VARIOUS PRELUDES ON THE CATECHISM AND OTHER HYMNS (BEGINNING) / HAYDN SOCIETY HSL-3060 / Paul Callaway, Organ.  Condition of Cover is Excellent with no ring wear, no writting, no promo holes, no seam splits, firm corners and solid spine.  Condition of Vinyl is Excellent with plenty of gloss...very few paper scuffs...play graded Excellent with clear bold sounds...faint background.  Labels are clean of writting and have little spindle wear.

RECORD SIX = PART 3 - CHORALE PRELUDES / VARIOUS PRELUDES ON THE CATECHISM AND OTHER HYMNS (CONCLUDED) / HAYDN SOCIETY HSL-3061 / Paul Callaway, Organ.  Condition of Cover is Excellent with no ring wear, no promo holes, no writting, a half inch seam split on bottom opening.  Vinyl condition is Excellent with plenty of gloss and shine...play graded Excellent with clear sounds...very faint background noise.  Labels are clean of writting and have little spindle wear.

RECORD SEVEN = ARIA WITH DIVERS VARIATIONS / GOLDBERG VARIATIONS / HAYDN SOCIETY HSL-3062 / Ralph Kirkpatrick, Harpsichord.  Condition of Cover is Excellent with no ring wear, no promo holes, no writting, firm corners and solid spine.  It does have a bottom seam split starting at opening and is about two inches long.  Condition of Vinyl is Excellent with glossy look...few paper scuff marks.  Play graded at Excellent with very light background only audible in quite parts.  Labels are clean of writting and have light spindle wear.
