Further to recent enquiry im playing the LP now on a 1962 Elizabethan Pop Ten record player, the kind of player this LP was meant to be listened too on...in glorious MONO !!!...on visual inspection there are several hairline stratches, however this does not effect play, aside from a few crackles and the odd pop here and there,no sticking or detremental sound loss...If memory serves me right i think this is only the second time ive played this disc, you dont often see rare items like this in boot sales..I got this at the same time as the Tammi Terrel LP also on my auctions..I think i actually bought them as much for their covers and astetic charm than the condition of the grooves....I was struck over the lack of a picture of Jnr Walker or the Allstars on the front cover....maybe this was some kind of race censorship? Either way then, its a pleasant listen, and if your not too precious over absolute mint vinyl,is in VERY GOOD acceptable condition...I myself wouldnt be disapointed if i was the buyer, its whats in the groove that counts, records then were made to be played, and this is one of them...
