this week on ebay i am selling a large amount of vintage 45 RPM 7 inch records from the late 60's/70's, and some 80's. please feel free to check out the rest of my auctions for lots of mostly OBSCURE 45 goodies!

THIS A RARE 45 RPM 7 INCH VINYL SINGLE!!

the artist is JR. PARKER (JUNIOR PARKER).

the a-side is "RECONSIDER BABY" (WRITTEN BY LOWELL FULSON)

the b-side is "LOVIN' MAN IN YOUR HANDS" (WRITTEN BY DOUG SAHM).

BOTH SIDES OF THIS RARE RECORD WERE ARRANGED BY DOUG SAHM AND AMIGOS DE MUSICA

DOUG SAHM FANS: THE B-SIDE SONG IS A RARE SAHM COMPOSITION. I CANNOT FIND ANY INFO ON THIS SONG ANYWHERE ON THE INTERNET! THIS TRACK ALSO FEATURES BACKUP VOCALS BY "THE EARTHETTES" (I BELIEVE THEY WERE PART OF TRACY NELSON'S GROUP "MOTHER EARTH").

THE RECORD LABEL IS BLUE ROCK RECORDS, RELEASED IN 1969 (I THINK!!).

UNFORTUNATELY, THIS SINGLE WAS NOT A BIG HIT, SO THIS 45 HAS GOT TO BE VERY HARD TO FIND. MOST COPIES WERE LIKELY EITHER DESTROYED, OR MELTED DOWN AND RECYCLED.

PRINTED IN THE USA.

FILING NUMBER IS B-4067.

the vinyl disc is in VG+ condition. disc has a very slight warp, but this does not affect the sound at all (i checked). a great full-bodied sounding single.
