This is an ultra rare, mint condition, never been played, promo copy of the original Australian pressing of Joy Division’s SUBSTANCE 1977-1980
Released in July 1988 by Factory Records Australasia under licence to CBS Records.
This is the original single LP compilation of Joy Division songs which
compiles the four singles that did not appear on the albums and also collects tracks from An Ideal For Living, A Factory Sample, Earcom 2 and Licht Und Blindheit.
Each label has the following printed:

The front cover includes the hype sticker ‘Compilation includes the singles “Love Will Tear Us Apart”, “Transmission” and “Atmosphere” $16.99 rrp in the upper right corner.
The standard 1980’s gold CBS promo stamp is embossed in the top left corner of the back cover and reads -
"Promotion Only Not For Sale".
This album has been in my collection since 1988, stored in a climate controlled room in a protective cover and has never been played, so the labels have no spindle marks and the vinyl is pristine. The LP was only taken out from its cover for the first time to be photographed.
