Description

JOSEFUS - "Dead Man" LP on Hookah Records (LPH-330) 1970.

Very nice original copy of this legendary killer local hard rock/psych LP. Hear an audio sample from the first track (which exhibits the least clean portion of the record).

Front cover has light ringwear impression, especially at the bottom. Seams and spine have mild wear but no splitting. Spine itself looks quite good. Back cover has faint ringwear. There is a tiny bit of staining at bottom right corner on back. Overall cover grade VG+. Labels on vinyl look fantastic- EX.

Vinyl looks shiny, probably not been played much, it has a few faint surface marks that dont affect play. Visually a strong VG+. Plays VERY clean throughout most of the record, with some light crackling at start of each side. Vinyl play grade EX

Take a listen to the first (and least clean playing) track on the actual record:

My Grading:
SS, NM, EX, VG+, VG, VG-, F

SS (still sealed): a record that is perfect factory sealed.

NM (near mint): vinyl that is unplayed or has only been listened to a couple times and plays perfect. only the slightest jacket wear.

EX (excellent): a very well taken care of record that has only been played a few times. only the slightest crackle. jacket looks great,

VG+ (very good plus): a good, well taken care of record that plays with some crackle, but nothing distracting. this is the condtion of your average
listened-to record in a good home.

VG (very good): record has lightly feelable scractches. plays with no skips but may have noticeable surface noise especially in quieter passages. Cover may have seam/ring wear or light staining. not a bad copy, but not a great one either.

VG- (very good minus): this record has been abused and plays with considerable noise. cover may have water damage, serious ring wear, or seam splitting.

F (fair): this record is in very bad condition. i will not list a record in this condition unless it is extremely rare.
