Description
SO ALONE Johnny Thunders ORIGINAL 1978 FIRST PRESSING LP 12" ALBUM - NEAR MINT (with original JEM IMPORT STICKER)
ALBUMS - NEAR MINT (almost no visible wear, PERFECT play)
ORIGINAL COVER - VG+ to EXCELLENT (no ring wear, no seam splitting, corners are like new and text is bright and vivid, a few tiny creases along the spine is the only wear)
ORIGINAL SLEEVES - ORIGINAL sleeves in EXCELLENT CONDITION (no seam splitting, tears or visible wear - very slight ring wear on one side or this would be MINT).
PLAY TESTED entire album and it plays like NEW & PERFECTLY with no skips, static or wear (years ago, my brother Steve wrote "bad side" on the inlay label side B, so we played the whole album & it sounds perfect). He also put a stamp of his name on the back of the cover - always was a joker...

RAYS - The signature hallmark or legendary British audio mastering engineer Ray Staff
RAL-1 - The official catalog number for REAL RECORDS - an independent British punk and new wave label founded by Dave Hill
Ƨ-11 and S-13 - S - Sonic Recording products, these numbers indicate the specific plate number & processing line used during the pressing. The backwards Ƨ shows this was mastered in London and pressed at Columbia's plant in Santa Maria, California.
EG - the initials of the legendary plating and galvanizing engineer Eddy Gorecki
