Description

Original 1960's pressing of Bo-Mar 5004 - FIND YOURSELF ANOTHER b/w A BROKEN HEARTED MAN'S PRAYER by Pittsburgh singer/guitarist JOHNNY GILLIAM. Gilliam, a/k/a J. G. LEWIS, toured as guitarist for Motown's Marvelettes for many years while he attempted a solo career that led to nearly a dozen independent singles. This was his very first (and least common), on an obscure Pittsburgh label. The disc is in gorgeous VG+++ condition, only a couple very, very minor surface (inaudible) scuffs prevent a NRMT grade. Vinyl sparkles!! Labels have feint, small writing on them (see photo). Sounds like new!!!
