Original MONO Record Album LP made in the U.S.A. in the 1960's by BLUE NOTE (BLP 4144) 

- NEW YORK USA address on both Labels
- VAN GELDER and the EAR are both stamped in the run off grooves on each side

RECORD CONDITION:  Strong VG- to VG
- both sides play well (lightly worn grooves & lightly audible scratches on each side do not distract from and enjoyable listening)
- Labels are very lightly worn around the center hole on each side, several light spindle marks on each side
- the original BLUE NOTE company inner sleeve is included

COVER CONDITION:  Strong VG+ to EXCELLENT
- the front of the cover is lightly Laminated
- there is a light scratch mark across part of the front, some very light yellowing around the edges in a few spots on the back
- there is No Writing / No Seam Splitting
- there is a very light musty odor to the cover
- 43 West 61st St., New York 23 address on the back along the bottom edge
