Description

Nice 1961 press of JOHNNY CASH's first LP on Sun (LP-1220).  This is the first STEREO press of the LP which was released only in mono a few years earlier (around 1957).  Contains both "Folsom Prison Blues" and "I Walk the Line" in their original Sam Phillips-recorded versions with the classic Sun "slapback echo" technique missing from Cash's later Columbia LPs.  Heavy vinyl, *not like* those later poorly pressed cheap budget Sun issues in the '70s and '80s.  Sleeve: VG+ (very small seam split at top right corner) Record: EX
